(1) Within sixty days from the date of assuming office and the end of each financial year, the member shall submit to the relevant local level the updated details of the movable and immovable property in the name of himself and his family members, including the sources or sources thereof.
(2) The details of the property submitted in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be recorded and sent to the provincial government within thirty days by the concerned local level.
(3) The protection and management of the details received under sub-section (2) shall be done by the provincial government in accordance with the prevailing law.
(4) The details of assets submitted in accordance with this section shall remain confidential except for the purpose of investigation or investigation as per the prevailing law. However, there will be no obstacle for the member who submits such details to voluntarily disclose the details of his property.
